It is written that: “ When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn”. The righteous being referred to is a group of people not one man (i.e THE RIGHTEOUS ARE…) who understands how to receive and activate the righteous judgment/justice of God upon themselves, lands or country.
